Best mini PCIe 3G - GPS - HSDPA Modem

i wanted to know which are the best mini PCIe cards available for HP Envy 14.
(i am planning to use a modded BIOS)

HP recommends UN2420 but i doubt its Linux Compatibilty

are there any better cards? .
it should support at least HSDPA 7.2mbps .
Also how are dell cards?
