X200T Battery Issues

Hi,

I have 8 Cell 42T4658 Model.
Only change to default config is 80GB Intel SSD running Win 7 X64.
It used to last more then 6 hrs when bought new back in July 09, but for past few months it drains in less then 2 hrs with simple browsing.

What are my options please suggest.
I have warranty till 07/12 but don't think battery would be covered under it.
I did try recondition (charge, drain, charge) but didn't help.
