Need to hire someone for Laptop repair plz

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
I have a Dell Laptop, and it wont power on.

I've taken it 2 places locally and one guy said he hooked something up and his error code was telling him bad MB, and he said he tried 2 different MB's and it still didn't work, so he wasn't sure what it was.

The other place couldn't figure it out either.


Reading some other posts, it could be anything, but I would prefer someone in Indiana where i could drive it to them and drop it off as opposed to shipping, unless you are very good at what you do, and then I guess shipping is ok.

The other posts I have read talk about how often laptops have soldering issues and you need to look over things with a big magnifying glass to see what is going on with the computer that way, and I don't believe either of the 2 places I took the pc to have any equipment like that.
I think they had something you plug in and it says code 03 and in the manual it says 03 bad MB.
