Help! Disabled Intel HD in an Optimus Setup

I had someone call me with a issue I can't help with.
He has an alienware m11x Core i5 with optimus and he disabled his Intel HD graphics in the device manager.
Now nothing shows up on the screen, it stays black even when rebooting so he can't get in to the bios.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
